How does gym pricing work?+
Gym plans scale with active students, not seats. Contact us for a quote sized to your roster and locations — onboarding and multi-gym rollout are included.
Who owns the student data?+
Your academy does. Attendance, notes, curriculum, and progress data belong to you, are exportable at any time, and are never sold.
Can GamePlan connect to our existing CRM or booking system?+
Yes. We support API-based sync and CSV upload for rosters, plus a bookings importer so classes and members flow in from your current system.
Does the kiosk work if the internet drops?+
Kiosk check-in tolerates brief network hiccups and syncs attendance once connectivity returns, so front-desk operations don't stall mid-class.
How does the Replay Camera handle privacy?+
The camera plays back the last round on a gym TV during rest — footage is scoped to the mat and the round timer. It's opt-in per academy, and you control who sees it.
